CloudQube LLC is a premier cloud and DevOps consulting firm based in Los Angeles. We engineer the digital architecture that powers tomorrow’s leaders. This policy outlines our rigorous commitment to transparency, data integrity, and CCPA compliance.
01. Services
We provide professional IT consulting services including cloud architecture, DevOps automation, infrastructure management, and hosting-related support.
02. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials and access keys
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
03. Payment Terms
Clients agree to:
- Services are billed based on agreed proposals or contracts
- Payments must be made on time
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services
04. Intellectual Property
All deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
05. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when required.
06. Limitation of Liability
CloudQube LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, downtime, or business interruption beyond agreed service scope.
07. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudQube LLC from any claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.
08. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless specified in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
09. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated.
09. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
